Heads Up: Bonus Depreciation is Back in Play for 2014

On Tuesday, the Senate finally approved legislation to reinstate the bonus depreciation, Sec. 179 expensing levels and other tax incentives that expired at the end of 2013. President Obama has already said he would sign the Tax Increase Prevention Act (H.R. 5771). This is good news for construction companies, on two fronts, but to take full advantage you may have to move quickly.
