Position: Product Support Specialist – Aggregate Equipment
Location: Wilkes Barre, PA.

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year
About the Role:
Tracey Road Equipment is seeking to hire a full-time Product Support Specialist – Aggregate Equipment at our facility in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This role blends customer relationship management, technical support, and field service — supporting Tracey Aggregates customers with parts, repairs, and equipment expertise both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing knowledgeable parts and equipment repair advice while identifying opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Assist customers in identifying correct parts, offering suitable alternatives, and providing technical troubleshooting support.
- Inspect customer and rental equipment in the field, take oil samples and photos, and collaborate internally to generate parts estimates.
- Promote and sell Tracey Aggregates parts and services, supporting the service and parts departments when not on the road — this role requires approximately 50% travel.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Technical knowledge of aggregate equipment and parts; ability to read and comprehend diagnostic service information.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving history (required).
- 1+ year of experience in parts sales or service within aggregate equipment or heavy machinery (preferred).
