TRACEY FRAME & COLLISION SHOP

We are a certified PPG paint refinishing facility with a complete Delfleet Mixing System on site. We are one of the only facilities in the country with PPG’s Touch Mix XI system allowing us to accurately mix paint for guaranteed color matching. Our 53’ Blowtherm Baking Booth turns out clean paint repairs with unmatched speed for reduced unit downtime.

Have equipment, hard to match colors, faded or specific fleet colors? No worries. We also have PPG’s RapidMatch X5 paint camera system that allows us to literally take a computer picture of a painted area and have an accurate paint formula generated to make any color under the paint spectrum, including solid, metallic, mica, and pearls.

Star-A-Liner HD Frame Correction Machine

Tracey Road has upgraded our Collision Center with a new state-of-the-art 40’ Star-A-Liner HD frame correction machine. This unit has ten 25-ton pulling towers that give our certified techs the ability to perform any frame, cab, or equipment pulling needs! Unlike frame presses, we can perform repairs from down pulls to 14’ high upper cab pulls all from 360º.

We also paired it with Chief’s all-new 2020 TRUSCAN HD Live Mapping System, a real-time collision measuring system that pinpoints, documents, and allows our trained techs to perform frame and body corrections while monitoring dimensional changes as they occur. This software identifies pull set-ups and correctly reverses damage to factory dimensions with HD laser accuracy.

The final addition is Chief’s C6000 HD LED suspension and wheel alignment system. This LED system allows complete wireless Bluetooth transmission for precision alignments while the truck is still on the frame machine.
