Salary: $17-$19 per hour

About the Role:
Tracey Road Equipment, Inc., an established and growing organization in the construction equipment and heavy-duty truck industry, is currently seeking a Full-time Janitor/Custodian for our Albany location.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of the facility including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning the cafeteria and restrooms.
- The ability to tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request.
- The ability to keep areas stocked, track supply levels and to notify proper contact when supplies are running low, as well as notify management when repairs that need to be addressed.
- Clean and detail cars as necessary.
- Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions/products properly.
- Maintain exterior cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the janitorial field is preferred.
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
- Self-motivated and has the ability to identify and complete tasks without constant direct supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Use of various facilities and repair tools/equipment
- Prolonged periods walking, being on your feet
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
