A COVID-19 Update from Tracey Road Equipment

Dear valued customers:

I wanted to personally connect with you regarding the actions our company is taking to help you to ensure the health and safety of all while still supporting you while COVID-19 continues to impact us all.

Tracey Road Equipment remains open and available for sales, service, parts and rentals. We are committed to working around the clock to:

  • Ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers
    • Meetings are being held via web conference internally to limit personal interaction when it can be avoided
    • Routine cleaning of building premises is being conducted
    • We are asking any employee who is symptomatic to stay home and not come into the offices
  • All personnel have been instructed to make calls prior to showing up to jobsites or at offices
    • If you need parts delivered please make an area for drop off and let us know so that we can limit the personal interaction at your company or location
    • If you have any further instructions for us and our personnel in order for us to continue to serve you please let us know
